It is recommended to send submission applications along with the merchants' business bank statements in a single email, when possible.

By including the business bank statements, the reviewer can verify the financial standing of the merchant, which is often a crucial factor in the approval process. Moreover, the merchant can demonstrate their transparency and professionalism by providing the relevant information upfront.
  • However, it is important to ensure that the email and the attachments are properly formatted, labeled, and secured. For example, the email should clearly state the purpose of the submission, the name and contact information of the sender, and any relevant reference numbers or codes. The attachments should be in a standard format such as PDF or CSV. It may also be helpful to include a brief summary of the submission, to provide context and highlight, existing financings or offers.
  • If for some reason it is not possible to include the business bank statements in the same email, this should be communicated clearly that there will be a second or third email.
