You cannot lose points. Once you have achieved a certain level, you will keep that level and its benefits. However, failed remittances or revoked authorizations and defaults may suspend your ability to earn additional points.

The Factor Rate on Lendini Revenue-Based Financing can range from 1.25 to 1.51. Estimated terms range from 44 to 200 days, Diamond+ Loyalty Rewards Merchants may earn an extended estimated remits.

Loyalty Program Disclaimer
Point accrual begins at Opt-in to Loyalty Rewards. All factor rate reductions are forfeited upon satisfaction of the current financing. Lendini or Quick Fix Capital may suspend the Merchant's ability to earn new points if failed remittances, revoked authorizations, or defaults occur. Renewal and additional estimated remits are subject to approval and cumulative based on the original estimated remits of the active financing at the time of Program enrollment. Buyouts from companies under the Funding Metrics, LLC umbrella and from third-party finance companies are disqualified from earning Loyalty Rewards. Loyalty Rewards cannot exceed 220 remittances or the minimum Factor Rate of 1.25. The benefits of this program are determined based on eligibility. Factor rate reductions are eligible when the broker rate exceeds 6 points. Loyalty Rewards terms are subject to change at Funding Metrics' discretion and are applied at renewal. Discount increases are not applied on existing financing. If the purchase amount is the same as the original agreement, the remittance amount will be reduced with additional estimated remittances. If the purchased amount in the renewal is higher than the original agreement, the remittance amount may increase even with additional estimated remittances.
